The awards dinner will be held on the 18th January 2012 at the Cafe Paris in London.
Our Chef Eamonn Redden has gained a wealth of experience over the last 25 years working in some of the countries finest hotels and restaurants and in 1987 he was awarded the Master Chefs of Great Britain young chef of the year.
Richard Short who manages our Front of House operation has worked in some of London's finest restaurants including The Savoy, The Ritz Picadilly, The Ivy and the Michelin starred Chapter One. He is extremely ambitious and committed to providing quality service.
