Alex has been performing for weddings and many other special occassions in England and abroad for many years. He can provide beautiful music to accompany the ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast or any combination of these playing a variety of styles ranging from Renaissance and Baroque through to Classical, Latin American and Spanish.

Alex also performs in a Classical Guitar duo or accompanied by flute in the Appassionata Duo.

Playing accompanied adds another dimension creating an even fuller sound and expanding the repertoire further into other genres. This can be a good alternative to a string quartet.

Devon ceilidh band Back to Square One perform for weddings, parties & fundraisers. Caller and all PA sound equipment provided at very competitive rates.

"Back to Square One" grew out of University of Exeter's Pigasus Ceilidh Band, and brings with it a wealth of musical talent. We come complete with our bouncy caller Jeremy, who is guaranteed to have you galloping in the aisles.
Whether it's a wedding, a special occasion, a club do, a fund raiser or just wanting to have a good time, from absolute beginners to experienced dancers, we will make your evening a night to remember.

The 5+ piece band members play a wealth of instruments, including fiddle, flute, double bass, guitar and bodhran. We can also provide musical interludes, and some Scottish and Irish songs that will have you weeping.

We love playing for dancing, and we're sure you'll love it too. We also do music only gigs.

Sorrelli Strings are an established string ensemble based in North Devon, who perform both in the UK and internationally, comprised predominantly of three sisters 'Sorelle'. Having studied at the UK's top music conservatoires we are now professional string players, performing at weddings and concerts throughout the country.
